The Annual Hilton Head Island St. Patrick's Day Parade is a local favorite and the longest running parade of its kind in South Carolina. In its 36th year, the St. Patrick's Day parade offers locals and travelers alike to experience unique and authentic Irish culture. Join in on the festivities with an estimated 25,000 spectators camping out along Pope Avenue.
