CANCELLATION POLICY: See rental agreement for more information or contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head for any questions. If you are booking on a third party site such as VRBO or Expedia, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy. NOTE: Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. Travel Insurance must be paid full upon purchase.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via *E-Check (*domestic accounts only) or Visa, Master, Discover or American Card. Photo copies of both the reservation holders Driver’s License and Credit Card will be required.

We’ve enjoyed our stay at 10 Gardenia. We spent the week here with our immediate family and had my husbands parents and his sister’s family join us for most of the week. The house is cute and cozy. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the backyard is great! We would love to come back!

Loved this cozy little house, super close to the beach and what an amazing back yard. Felt like an escape all in its own! Can't wait too be back!!

Our family stayed here looking to explore Hilton Head, as well as Savannah and Charleston. This was the perfect location for this - allowing us to make a drive out to the big historical cities, but then escape back to a quiet location each night. The management company was prompt, attentive, and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and also enjoyed the 'Southern Hospitality' of some of the neighbors on the street, who are mostly homeowners. We met some very friendly neighbors. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

Cute little house with a well-stocked kitchen perfect for cooking thanksgiving dinner. The house is a good size for a cozy family getaway with a great backyard. The only complaint is the lack of outlets in the house and poor placement of them - would be nice to have more outlet extenders, or extension cords for ease of use and to better understand where the outlets even are - for example, we couldnt find the one in the hall bathroom for the first day.

What an awesome vacation home. Nicely appointed. Well stocked kitchen. And the BACKYARD PARADISE! We are so enjoying the pool and hot tub. And beautiful weather to help us celebrate a 90th birthday! Will definitely be back again. The rental process was easy and the service is impeccable. Love, love, love!

This vacation rental was nice. However the bed was broken and the mattresses can definitely use updating. Some of the cleaning when we arrived was not the best, the hot tub and pool were not cleaned and we had to call to get them clean and it took him two days until we could use the hot tub. However we had a good time and would rent again and the rental company was fantastic to deal with.

I did get a chance to look back at the notes and I am so sorry about the hot tub situation. I am happy we were able to get it fixed but it did take around 48 hours and we again apologize about that greatly as we know extras like that are big part of guests stays. We had a great stay! This house fit our family of five (two adult children, 15 year old and mom and dad). The back yard was our favorite activity. Beautifully landscaped, full of flowers and tropical plants. Pool was cool but refreshing and hot-tub is new and easy to use. I would describe the house as cozy. Kitchen is well equipped and fully stocked with anything you might need. We wished beach was closer. Private gate access was a plus! Its a quick bike ride or 10 minute walk. We usually drove our van to drop off bags and cooler. Quiet neighborhood most nights. Helpful friendly neighbor across the street. Close to many restaurants and highway. Washer and dryer work well. We have a few suggestions of things we things that would have improved our stay. Master bathroom does not have a toilet paper holder. Needed more garbage bags. Smaller pool net for hot-tub debris. Electric blower would be nice to have to blow leaves daily. Clean out random lost and found bin of clothing and shoes.
