House was great. Perfect set up. Understanding the "app" is important for communication, which we never fully figured out. But that's more on me. Great customer service ... always someone available to call or text. Grill was not functional due to a valve leak, but we made due. Also, pool was fairly small, but was still refreshing.

We had a great time and the house was roomier than we expected. The walk to the beach was simple and convenient and the neighbor hood was generally quiet. We all loved the pool.

Our stay was a wonderful reunion in a lovely, large home. The property is very convenient to the beach and the pool is a refreshing change from the ocean. The home is well appointed, clean, larger than expected. There were 10 of us and we were not on top of each other. All of the bathrooms were a bonus for our large group! The property manager was very responsive to all our questions. The beach gets crowded so arrive early!! Traffic on the road in front leading to the park nearby doesn’t follow speed limits so care is needed when walking to the beach access. Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping if that’s your thing. All in all, a great reunion in a fine home.

This house was incredible and accommodated our large group! It was also very clean and everything was organized nicely . The walk to the beach was a little longer than anticipated BUT at least it was on a boardwalk the whole way and it was an easy walk with no lumpy sand . Overall, wonderful trip!! No complaints. Thanks so much !

Great house for 7 adults and 6 children. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have a large dust mop to sweep the many wooden floors with instead of a small broom.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The home was incredibly clean, spacious for our 14 family members, close to the beach, and had a playground/park within a minute of the front door.

Was pleasantly surprised with this houses proximity to the beach ! The pool was nice. The space was large enough for my entire group to not feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. It was a great experience can’t wait to do it again !

This house was perfect! I took my clients on a trip (7 women). The size of the house was great and everyone had a great time! The walk to the beach wasn't overly challenging. I had a few ladies in their 70's (keep in mind they do equipment pilates every week) that made their way without any difficulty.

Our group of ten could not of had a better experience. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from age 7 to 15. Everyone had plenty of space in the house. The best part was our walk to the beach. Around a 5 minute walk out the door to the ocean. We even loved to dip into the pool after a time at the beach! We would return to this property on a future trip!

Everything was great except one of the beds collapsed on the second night. We noticed it looked a little lower towards the headboard the first night. The second night it fell in. We found two of the frame supports split or broken into. We called but no one could come until next day. This caused us a lot of inconvenience that night. They did come and fix it the next day. I realize the owner or management has no control over something like this however I believe when a guest is inconvenienced in a big way some jester of compensation should be automatically made. Also I think this could have been avoided if housekeeping checked beds closer. Unfortunately the management or the owner offered anything for our inconvenience.

I am sorry for the inconvenience of the bed. It was very late at night when we were notified of the bed collapsed and had no one on hand available to come at that moment, but we were able to get someone out to the home first thing the next morning. We had a wonderful time with our extended family. The house was the perfect size. They was plenty of space for the children to play and for the adults to socialize. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. We were just a short walk from the park and ocean. The weather wasn’t great but we had a wonderful time being together.

We enjoyed our time. Clean. Well kept. Good communication. Great location.

Better beds, sheets and towels would give a 5 star experience.
Also kitchen need better pots pans plates silver etc. just a hodgepodge and not enough to cook for large family groups.

Reserved 3 homes for a large group and all was as promised. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Homes were clean and ready for the stay when we arrived. Pictures and amenities were as seen online so there were no hidden items. We will definitely be looking to book again for the same trip next year.

We had a wonderful family vacation n this lovely home. Very good location with easy beach access and nice pool area at the house. We had 12 people and never felt crowded, plenty of space with large kitchen and eating area. Would highly recommend .

We had an awesome time. The house was in a great location. We rented bikes and used them almost every day. Our only complaint was that our internet went out halfway through our visit and was not fixed.
