CANCELLATION POLICY: See rental agreement for more information or contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third-party site such as VRBO or Expedia, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy.

NOTE: Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. Travel Insurance must be paid full upon purchase.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via *E-Check (*domestic accounts only) or Visa, Master, Discover or American Card. Photo copies of both the reservation holder's Driver’s License and Credit Card will be required.

We’ve stayed in The Coligny area previously and didn’t know much about Burke’s Beach. Well it didn’t disappoint! Great area, lots to do and close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, the park and most importantly, the beach! Such a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our visit to the island and the house was a “great escape”, comfortable and well appointed. Really enjoyed the pool being on the living level, made it easier to keep track of the kiddos. The washers/dryers in the bedrooms was an added bonus. Kitchens had it all, so cook-in nights were a breeze. Thankful for the wagons to help with toys and chairs on beach days. All in all great trip. We’ll be back!

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful escape with our family! We very much enjoyed each day spent in Hilton Head and I am certain we will return in the future. This house is very capable of entertaining a large group such as our family with wonderful ease - we cooked, played games, shared a lot of laughs, spent hours pool side and made memories. This area is a hidden gem and proximity to the beach and park is ideal. Thank you again for creating such a lovely and inviting space.

We had the greatest family vacation at your home. It was a great getaway at a wonderful location. It was out first visit to HHI and we will certainly come back. The house exceeded our expectations and allowed us to make awesome family memories that we will treasure forever! Pretty sure we hold the record for the guests that have travelled the farthest... NC, FL, Prague :) and it was well worth it!

The house is fantastic. The summary does not do it justice. It is very close to the beach, has a great pool, large kitchen and balconies all around. It is centrally located to all things Hilton Head. I would highly recommend this property to anybody.

Our family of 6 and my wife's family recently stayed. The house is tucked away on a quiet dead end street a short walk to the beach. It was great for kids and adults alike. The outdoor space is well thought out and if you have ever stayed in Hilton Head you will come to enjoy the elevated pool.

This house was very comfortable and accommodating of our group of 7 teens and 5 adults with lots of space to spread out and great spaces to be together. The pool was great and very easy proximity/access to a beautiful beach and park. We will definitely go back!!

Beautiful and well maintained house. Came with another family and we were all very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out plus every room had its own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed, loved the two refrigerators and separate prep kitchen for our big families. Pool area was great right off the kitchen & convenient with young kids. Loved that every room has its own washer/dryer in each closet, made life easy with two families. Location to beach was close especially using the wagons provided and the park with playground directly across the street was a plus. Overall great stay!
