It has the desired open, updated, natural light concept with separation of bedrooms. Laundry/mud room is a great drop off spot after a day at the beach or biking. The back yard is a private oasis with your own pool*, spa*, fire pit (guest to bring own firewood), oversized deck and lagoon.

PET POLICY: 2 Dogs MAX (each dog up to 50lbs.)
$300/ pet 3-8 nights, $500/pet for 10-29 nights, $700/ pet 30-89 nights, $800 90+ nights. $400 for 3rd pet if pre-approved by management company.
We Respectfully Request that No Pooches are on the Furniture.

POOL DIMENSIONS: 28' x 14'

POOL HEAT: This property offers free pool heat in the shoulder season (Sep-Oct and April-May) to roughly 86 -88 degrees.
NOTE: Pool heat not available November - March as the pool heater does not work when the air temperature is below (roughly) 60 degrees.
NOTE: We do not provide Beach Towels or Equipment.

CAR PASSES: Palmetto Dunes Car Passes are $30/ week per vehicle, $50 per vehicle for reservations 8-15 days and $60 per vehicle for 15+ days.

FREE TRANSPORTATION: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Shops, and Restaurants. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

CANCELLATION POLICY: See rental agreement for more information or contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third-party site such as VRBO or Expedia, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy.

NOTE: Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. Travel Insurance must be paid full upon purchase.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via *E-Check (*domestic accounts only) or Visa, Master, Discover or American Card. Photo copies of both the reservation holder's Driver’s License and Credit Card will be required.

We had an excellent time. It was our first family vacation with our dog which the kids really wanted. House was clean and facilities allowed for a relaxing vacation. Excellent location.

Had a phenomenal stay at 47 Offshore with my family. The house was equipped with everything we needed, the location is absolutely perfect, and we enjoyed the pool every single day. The community the house is in is also absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait to come back!

What a great home!!!! Spacious bedrooms and comfy beds and a fabulous pool. My kids were so happy we had a deep end so they could do their jumps. A good walk to the beach but we rented bikes and it was much easier to get around and a lot more fun. My dog really enjoyed the huge dog bed that he rested and slept on so thank you for including that in your rental. We hope to be back soon.

What a great home!!! We enjoyed our vacation so much. Great space in the bedrooms and a great pool! We had everything we needed even a huge dog bed that our little doggie enjoyed sleeping and resting on. We hope to be back soon.

My husband and I spent most of the winter on Hilton Head and loved this home. It suited our needs perfectly and was well equipped and comfortable. The staff at Vacation Homes of Hilton Head were amazing, responsive and always available to help with any questions we had (much thanks to Andi and Brittany). We appreciated their care and followup whenever needed. We will be back and most definitely use Vacation Homes of Hilton Head.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palmetto Dunes. This home was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. We stayed for almost 2 months and would have stayed longer! The staff at Vacation Homes was always on top of our needs, responsive and have 5 stars from us. This area, its proximity to the beach, restaurants, golf and shopping was perfect. We will be back for sure and highly recommend this property and/or this rental company.

Perfect family gathering spot. Very clean and fully renovated, to include new furnishings inside and out. Loved the new deck, pool, seating and grilling space. Did not have opportunity to use the fire pit but very nice touch. Ping pong table in the garage was a fun plus. Fully stocked kitchen definitely recommend and look forward to returning.

Amazing house! We have stayed at many home aways where the pictures were deceiving of the actual property. This is not the case. House is well maintained. Beds are super comfy with great bedding, appliances work and pool very clean.

Our stay at 47 Off Shore was perfect. To start with, the location is great. A quiet spot in Palmetto a dunes thats just a short bike ride or walk to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants. The house set up is fantastic. Its been beautifully renovated and had everything we needed and more. We stayed with our 7, 5 and 3- year olds and they loved it so much that the 3-year old still asks when we are going back to the Hilton head house. There was plenty of space inside and a great set up outside! The kids loved the pool but the fire pit and smores were a close second. There was plenty of seating outside with a nice BBQ as-well. The house has everything we needed to allow us to cook inside or outside on days when we decided not to go out to a restaurant. We would 100% recommend this spot and look forward to going back

My wife, three kids (15, 13, 9), and myself had a wonderful stay at 47 Off Shore. The layout of the house was great for our family and the deck/pool outside was even better. Everything was very clean and organized with plenty of space. It is a little way from the beach, but just a short bike ride which we didnt have any problem with because we spent most of the time n the pool. The only things we noticed that we would have changed were that there was no hose out front to wash off sand from the beach, one of the bedrooms didnt have a TV (which was not an issue for us), and the TVs were a little difficult to figure out. Could have used some instructions for them. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
