As a large family, we have been coming to this particular house for many years. This year our 16 adults and kids were very comfortable and felt at home. We particularly appreciate that the owners continually upgrade the furnishings, amenities, and exterior. An example is this year we found a brand-new grill and patio furniture. We recommend this place for any wonderful vacation experience.August 2026
29 Singleton Beach Place is an amazing home for families to meet and share together; This beachfront home comes with it all including a pool table! The kitchen is well appointed and there is plenty of room - very spacious and the three outdoor areas facing the beach are great but so are the outdoor balconies in the front facing the marsh. The house was amazing, beautifully decorated and we loved the pool. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom which is ideal. The great room allowed us all to gather each night and enjoy family time. The only recommendations I would suggest is having more spices in the kitchen to cook with and a swiffer since we like to clean (there was a broom and vacuum which worked fine). We would love to come back!August 2026

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. Our family enjoyed our stay here very much. We love this place so much we have stayed there for 3 consecutive years. A bigger Keurig coffee pot is recommended. The agency was very prompt in answering our questions as well as taking care of the problems. I highly recommend this place for a big family.August 2026

We enjoyed all aspects of the home and the location. The dock outside was a nice start in the morning and the pool had shade most of the day while sun still peeked through on the side nearest the house for those choosing to work on a tan. Check-in was seamless and the house was very clean and well appointed for our stay. Would definitely return to this home for future stays.August 2026
My family has been vacationing in Hilton Head for years. This was our first time getting a single house for three families. It did not disappoint! The house had plenty of space for all of us whether we wanted to be together or have some quiet time. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to eat in and there are two different areas for grilling. We spent most of our time outside by the pool and loved the ability to sit in the shade with a breeze or be in the sun. The game room space also provided a nice getaway. Lastly, we loved the proximity to the beach - we walked down several times a day.August 2026
The intake vent in the dining room was extremely dirty and we could not believe the size of the dishwasher was so small and that there was only one for a property that slept 14 people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.August 2026

5 stars for this house! The owners did a great job outfitting the house with nearly everything that a family could need at the beach. The elevator was a hit with the littles and with my pregnant daughter-in-law. The kitchen is gorgeous, pantry and storage space is ample, and the appointments are top notch. The bedding is super comfortable. AC worked great on a super hot week. The only suggestion I would make is to add a patio umbrella or two by the pool chairs as there is no shade on that side. Incredible location, so peaceful. We will definitely be back!August 2026
Wonderful location on Burkes Beach. Home is well laid out, located close to the beach. Very modern and clean on the inside and great spaces on the outside. Pool is situated in a great location and is quite large. We had a minor issue, that is not worth mentioning...the only reason I do is to inform all that Vacation Homes is very accommodating and quick to respond. Before we arrived we noticed that the home did not have a griddle. We planned on bringing our own, but Vacation Homes contacted the owner, who approved the purchase of one, so we did not have to bring our own...that is what a good management company and owner do! We will DEFINITELY rent this home again.August 2026

We were privileged to stay in this breathtakingly beautiful new home with some of our children and grandchildren. 2 Abalone Lane is tucked away in a quiet spot which meant sitting on the many decks was peaceful and relaxing. Everything about the home is lovely....each and every bed comfortable, cheery decor, every item provided in the well stocked kitchen, largest sofa we've ever seen (and comfortable!), screened porch with cozy furniture that quickly became our "reading porch". The pool area is spacious and private. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. We will stay in this home again and again! Kudos to the owner for putting so many nice touches in it!
