This is our 10th year renting through Vacation homes of Hilton Head and our 8th year staying in this same house. Our tennis team comes here annually before our season kicks off and we will be returning again next year. The house is perfect for our large group and the location couldn't be better. The private beach, beautiful deck and gorgeous view make it all beyond perfect. The home is clean, the kitchen is well stocked with necessities and the sleeping arrangements will suit any large group. The staff at Vacation Homes of Hilton Head is always very responsive to us for any minor issues that have occurred. I highly recommend this property and Vacation Homes of Hilton Head.March 2026
The convenience to the beach and pool was perfect! The grilling area was very nice!The grounds were beautiful and expertly manicured!The condo was gorgeous and well stocked with everything one could possibly need. layout perfect for our family, kitchen super-well supplied, easy to work with rental company. Do not assume that pool and hot tub can be heated to standard conditions in the winter. The company tried to work with us but the system kept shooting out cold water no matter what they tried to fix in the hot tub. The steps entering the house are steep. We were advised that the elevator was out of order but best to check on this before you rent if this would be a problem for your family.March 2026

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home with four families, each with two kids, and it truly had everything we needed. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortably accommodated everyone without ever feeling crowded. There was plenty of room for both adults and kids to spread out and relax. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient, and the abundance of beach chairs provided was a huge plus, especially with a larger group. The home is gorgeous and ideally located—close to town and Sea Pines, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We did experience a few minor mechanical issues, but the property management company was extremely responsive and quick to resolve them, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic home for a multi-family vacation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others traveling with a large group.March 2026
We had a great relaxing winter break! House is nicely remodeled, very clean and perfectly laid out for families or group. Backyard was great for our dog and the heated pool/hot tub was amazing. We would love to stay again!March 2026
