Sur Le Mer is located just steps from beach access and right next to Chaplin Community Park (basketball, playground, tennis, baseball diamond and open field). It's also short drive to local restaurants, bars, grocery store and the Hilton Head Airport (HHH). 

NOTE: This rental is the first floor only (above the garage) of the property, the pool deck, left side garage and left side of the driveway. The top floor of this property is not part of this rental and will be used by the owner from time to time and has a completely separate entrance. There are no shared spaces at all. The pool and pool deck is solely for you the renter.

Pool: CALL FOR DIMENSIONS: The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1400/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

* These items can be rented for an additional charge. We can provide recommendations, as needed, or you can use any company of your choosing.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is outlined as follows: Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival will be allowed a full refund of payments made. Cancellations made 31-89 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the full 50% deposit payment made. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of all payments made including pool heat, pet fee, parking passes, and any other ancillary fees. If the guest fails to make the final payment within thirty days of arrival, the guest will have a five day right to cure, after that period the reservation will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or early departure forfeit the full payment amount made. No refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to weather (see section 14), maintenance issues, cleaning issues, noise issues, etc. In addition, no refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to travel bans, pandemics, epidemics, stay at home/quarantine orders (voluntary or mandatory). PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Express Card. ID Verification is required.
