Welcome to 15 Collier Beach Road. This three-level home offers ocean, marsh, and tidal creek views. The main level features a gourmet kitchen with a large island, a family room with an 82-inch smart TV, and a dining room, all with water views. The second level has three en suite bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed, sitting area, pull-out sofa, and a 55-inch smart TV. The top level has three more bedrooms, including a king suite with a game room. Outdoors, enjoy a large pool, seating, dining, a grill, and a 60-inch TV. The home also includes a two-car garage and additional parking for 5-6 cars. Singleton Beach is a private community with Charlestonian-style homes, a private beach, community pool, and nearby park. It’s located between Palmetto Dunes and Marriott Surfwatch Resort, close to Hilton Head and Bluffton’s best dining and attractions.

Pool/Spa: 10 x 30, The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week for the pool, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
DOG FRIENDLY : Pet fees must be added on the “book now” page during the online booking process or with our Reservation Agent if booking over the phone. This property has a one (1) dog maximum and a weight restriction of 50 pounds maximum. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 2nd pet for an additional fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is outlined as follows: Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival will be allowed a full refund of payments made. Cancellations made 31-89 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the full 50% deposit payment made. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of all payments made including pool heat, pet fee, parking passes, and any other ancillary fees. If the guest fails to make the final payment within thirty days of arrival, the guest will have a five day right to cure, after that period the reservation will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or early departure forfeit the full payment amount made. No refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to weather (see section 14), maintenance issues, cleaning issues, noise issues, etc. In addition, no refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to travel bans, pandemics, epidemics, stay at home/quarantine orders (voluntary or mandatory).
