The back deck has a propane grill, outdoor dining, seating and access to the large pool. Not only is this property ONLY a 7.5 minute walk to the beach, but it's located in the world famous Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort which has restaurants, golf, pickleball, bike trails, the 11-mile lagoon, but also the cutest general store for easy last min grocery needs and late night ice cream!

FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay.

Car Passes: Palmetto Dunes Car Passes must be ordered at time of booking and can be picked up at our office on day of arrival. If you do not add passes at the time of booking, our Guest Ambassador with reach out to coordinate.

Seasonal Beach Shuttle: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Shops, and Restaurants. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

Pool: 21' by 12'. The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool/spa heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is outlined as follows: Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival will be allowed a full refund of payments made. Cancellations made 31-89 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the full 50% deposit payment made. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of all payments made including pool heat, pet fee, parking passes, and any other ancillary fees. If the guest fails to make the final payment within thirty days of arrival, the guest will have a five day right to cure, after that period the reservation will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or early departure forfeit the full payment amount made. No refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to weather (see section 14), maintenance issues, cleaning issues, noise issues, etc. In addition, no refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to travel bans, pandemics, epidemics, stay at home/quarantine orders (voluntary or mandatory). PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.
