We had a group of 12 people ranging in ages from 1 to 85. This house worked for everyone. The main floor bedroom was great. We appreciated having an elevator in the house for luggage as well. The beach access could not have been better. Lots of common seating space and a dining table big enough for all of us.

This house was fantastic for four families to have a summer vacation together. Plenty of room and space for everybody to do what they want. Amazing sunrises and sunsets just outside the many windows and balconies. The beach is just steps away from the back deck if you want, or you can stay in the pool all day catching sun all the way up till 4pm. Golf courses are very close to the property on both sides. I would highly recommend this property to any four family group for a summer stay, and my family would stay here again also. The people of Vacation Homes of Hilton Head will make sure you have a fantastic stay !

The house was directly on the beach with a private walkway to a not crowded beach. There is a bar/restaurant 50ft from the house. The private pool was icing on the cake. Very spacious rooms with nice creature comforts like an elevator making arrival and grocery shopping a breeze. We definitely will stay at this property again.

Great location and beautiful home. Very disappointed that there were service people here for regular maintenance two different days during our stay. Air conditioner was turned off upstairs for two hours in 93 degree weather. One of the dishwashers was broken and service man came but could not repair because parts had to be ordered. Also, was going to have the elevator serviced but we called and they did change the day for that. Any non emergency service needs to be done when paying clients are not renting. However, we did enjoy our stay at this beautiful beach home.

My family and I had a great time. There was plenty of room. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots/pans/cooking materials one could think of. I think we used nearly every dish in the house because we cooked everyday. We had a great time. The only things that I say could be improved are the parking (I would have been able to fit 3 cars in the one garage if there wasn’t a car already in the garage, but regardless the community needs more parking areas, and the Televisons in the bedroom were not user friendly- had to call get get the master bedroom tv to work, the TVs in all the other rooms
Besides the living room and master went unused because we could not figure it out). Besides that, the place was great and I’d probably rent it again.

Our family of 13 had a wonderful week here, the home is right on the beach which made it super convenient to be back & forth. We were just about 5-15 mins away from all our other day trips! The house itself was set up perfectly with bedrooms for all our families and children- had more beds than we needed! Definitely recommend for any larger groups or families!

Perfect family vacation house with private plunge pool and directly on the beach. Overall, house is in great shape. Massive master bedroom and plenty of space for our extended family of 14. Dining room table had plenty of space for all of us and kitchen was well equipped. Management made it very easy. The only constructive criticism is that the pool deck had quite a few areas of substructure rot that needs fixed. Also, the house was not stocked with beach towels, which would have been nice. Would not hestitate to return!

We had a wonderful time in your home. The views are incredible - can watch the sunrise right from bed. The proximity to the sand gave the children plenty of freedom to move between the pool and the beach without much fanfare from the parents. We biked to many of our favorite spots on Hilton Head.

29 Singleton is spectacular! Open, free-flowing, well-appointed in furnishings and kitchen necessities. The oceanfront master is a sanctuary with breath-taking views from a huge bedroom and spa-like bathroom. The elevator is truly a plus for grocery and luggage; and so is the beach access (with easy access to CoCo's bar). All six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and family room (with pool table) were clean with very nice bedding; this property was so nice we're anxious to rebook it for next year. I chose this property for a girl's retreat and it was both a retreat and a treat!!!

Wonderful home, fabulous location. This is the third home we have rented on Singleton Beach and we have enjoyed all three. Wanted to get away for Super Bowl Week and this home provided a wonderful escape. We obviously heated the pool and it provided enjoyment throughout the week, even when the weather was not our friend. Extra refrigerators and ice machine came in handy. Love the setup on the main level that allowed us to have a sitting area to enjoy the beach view, have a work area while away from the office, watch tv, cook, eat and even have an area to do a puzzle...all of this at the same time. Plenty of dishes, cookware and storage containers. Bedrooms were good size and overall the home was very clean. Will come back to this home again.

Awesome house and pool. The view and layout of house are incredible. The only negative i can give would be the king beds...they are all very worn out. Also, the cleaning crew was slacking...the floors didn't seem super clean, and I had to wipe the wall in our master bath on 2nd was grosse. Other than was amazing.

The property location was great. The home decor, arrangement, and cleanliness were less than ideal. The furnishings are very worn, stained, and used. The pool heater was not working correctly during our time as well. The mgmt company was very responsive and kind.

We had a great experience renting this home for 9 nights in April. The location is great, nice bedrooms, lots of kitchen supplies, & amazing views! I’d definitely stay here again and hope to. If I’m going to give any negative feedback, I’d say that the main floor furniture probably needs to be replaced with something more comfortable, otherwise it’s a perfect place!

Considering the current climate, before any restrictions we chose to find some peace in all the chaos going on. We found it! Beautiful home with everything you need. The view is amazing with direct beach access. There are some Minor things than can be improved depending on the purpose of your stay (we had to work remotely while away & cook everyday) ie...internet service up & down, needs new grill (works but doesn’t cook evenly/ needs new burners )... the kitchen is Amazing.. all the utensils you need are provided. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning .

Our family of 20 travels every year together for a beach trip. This trip will go down in the books as a favorite. With the exception of the broken refrigerator, the door refused to stay closed. The house was very accommodating and clean. There was a lot of beach traffic. There are condominiums located near the house. The rental chairs and umbrellas from the condominiums were always placed out front of our house so it became a competition for us to wake before them and to stake claim of the beach property in front of the house.

Our original rented house had a maintenance issue the week we rented. We were upgraded to a very lovely house in the same area. The house slept everyone very comfortably in the bedrooms but does not seat a large number of people for lounging/conversation (i.e. living room). The elevator didn't work but we managed for the week. Our only other issue was that as the family was enjoying our last morning coffee poolside, the pool company employee asked us to leave. This happened at 8:00 am. Checkout is 10:00.

Great location and house. Our family of 12 with an age range from 2-62 had a marvelous time. We rented some bikes for the week along with a few excursions to local attractions and pleased with all. House is fantastic - well stocked and clean. Lots of room for everyone. Very relaxing vacation with the sounds of the ocean at our door - dolphins swimming by and kids slashing in the pool and beautiful sunrises. We will be back.

Superior, enough said. Your on the beach, no walking and trudging your coolers, chairs, ice, drinks, etc long distances. Just walk up your steps when nature calls. Beach bar close by. Plenty parking in garage. Looking at other nearby homes this has to be the largest, with the most panoramic viewing spots. Very secure doors and locks.

I was a little disappointed the house was not as clean then the year before.the iron was broken in the laundry room.when the repair came to fix the internet in house which was off a day and hare he took the iron out the large room and the laundry room so it was only one iron for the whole house.the only he replaced in the laundry room. Our group (6 couples) is curious how the island survived the Hurricane, especially 29 Singleton Place.

We did not opt for the insurance as the plan was not of value to us. We were 6 unrelated couples - illnesses and/or death in the family would not require our entire group to leave.

As a note, unfortunately, 1 couple did depart on Tuesday due to illness.

We are curious if you could graciously grant us a credit for a future stay? Many of us saved for a long time to stay at your place. We were unable to take advantage of many of the amenities of your home or the island. We were going to ride out the storm at least until Friday evening but were told by telephone from your representative that we had to evacuate early-- we did understand the severity of the situation. We felt that we left the home in the order that we found it and secured for impending weather.

Any consideration you can give would be deeply appreciated. We would love to come back next October and give it a try again :)

The house is great for large groups. The kitchen is very well equipped and a joy to use. The views are gorgeous. The ocean is just a few steps away. My family enjoyed having Coco's on the Beach so close. The few negatives were the proximity to the walkway from the hotel. People would plant themselves right in front of the steps down from the house making it a little awkward for the family coming and going from the beach to the house. Also, the house was not very clean. It was extremely dusty and the vacuum provided blew out more dirt than it sucked up. The grill also had to be completely cleaned before it could be used. Apparently, the people who used it before burned asparagus and hadn't bothered to take it out of the grill. These were very minor things though. I just don't expect to have to do ANY cleaning when I arrive. I would recommend this house to others, especially large families of ten or more. You will love the ocean views, the beautiful house, and the amazing kitchen.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay on the ocean! Only one suggestion. ...more seating needed in main floor sitting room area! Everything else top notch and wonderful! Perfect!
