We loved our stay. Beautiful, well-furnished home that sits on the beach. The panoramic views from the home were amazing. Enjoyed walking the beach every day. The kids enjoyed the oceanfront pool and the bunk room. The management company was easy to book with and super helpful. We will be back for sure!!

Celebrated my parents 65th wedding anniversary week at 31 Singleton Beach Place and it was a wonderful experience! It was an excellent location, well cared for, wonderful kitchen equipment and setup, loved the double wager/dryer setup, comfortable beds, efficient checkin and checkout, etc. We highly recommend this wonderful location!

Awesome stay. We understand why there are rules but there needs to be dark pillow cases and makeup towels for female guests. Some of my family put their T-shirt’s over their pillows because they were afraid we might be fined even after they washed their face.

This home was perfect for our group of 5 and would hold so many more very comfortably. It is a beautiful home with great furniture and decor. The kitchen has literally everything. Can't think of anything that was missing. The views are amazing. Nice pool, easy beach access and right next door to the best bar, Coco's. If you want a gorgeous beachfront home in a great location on the island, this is it. Also, the elevator was invaluable to us, as our ages were 67 to 83 and carrying luggage up and down stairs would have been extremely difficult. An elevator is a must for us.

We have stayed at this house for several years and love it. Really well stocked and equipped We like being near Cocos, but that might not be a good fit for some. The beach itself seems over crowed right in front of the house. The rise in cost over the past threes years is insane an die will not be returning.

Hi, Tim, we are so sorry to hear you aren't recommending our beautiful home. The past three years the pricing has really not been reflective of what is recognized as normal. Folks have not been traveling internationally because of COVID but still wanted to get away. Hilton Head is a very special place for many and the rates are dictated by supply and demand. The rates are dynamic and very much like the airline industry. Prices can fluctuate daily. This little island has really gotten its share of attention here recently! We have been closely watching trends and have noticed that pricing looks like it will be more in line in the coming year. What also needs to be taken into account is that costs for everything have gone up, from cleaning to maintenance and everything in between. This doesn't include labor shortages and supply chain issues. Hopefully things will start to improve soon. We really hope that you will give us another opportunity to host your stay with us again.

This luxury rental did not disappoint! This home is beautiful inside and out - updated and spacious accommodations with balcony views galore. The pool was perfect for our families and with the beach literally steps away it made it very easy to transition back and forth. This home is equipped with every cook’s essential so staying in for meals to enjoy the waterfront was a dream. We were so impressed with the responsiveness of the management company to every inquiry we had. Our group enjoyed this home so much we extended our stay!

We stayed there with our children and their families during Covid time -- basically, we arrived and stayed in our own "bubble" for the week - getting groceries delivered and enjoying the pool and beach. We had plenty of room in the house - lots of bedrooms and baths so everyone was pretty spread out. Good location - a bit secluded which is what we wanted that week. However, we did hear music and noise in the evenings from the bar right next door.

This is a fabulous house for a large group. Ours was 18 family members (10 children ages 4-16) and 8 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone. Having 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, many bedroom suites with private baths was perfect. Our suggestions would be to include sharper knives and a better can opener! Everything else in the home was wonderful.
We did question why the beach rentals for chairs and umbrellas seemed to “invade” what should have been the obvious access immediately in front of this home. When questioned, the lifeguards replied that was their space. Every day we watched the chairs and umbrellas go up but remain empty. Seemed like a bit of overkill on a space that could have been used by our party.

For the third year, our entire family enjoyed a week at the beach. This was the third house on the beach in the same area. The house was very nice for six adults and four children under the age of four. The location was least preferable, as the beach access for the neighborhood runs beside the house so the beach was busy. Overall, we enjoyed the home and will go again.

Extremely happy with the staff at Vacation Homes of Hilton Head and their houses. We have worked with Vacation Homes of Hilton Head in the past and they, along with their immaculate houses, are why we returned and will continue to return to in the future!

The house was super clean and the staff checked in periodically throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed--this was especially appreciated during the unusual time of our stay.

We stayed next to a golf course which we utilized several times during our stay.

Dining within the restaurants was prohibited, however, we brought take-out back to house which in the end was better than actually going out with our large group. Few recommendations--Kenny B's, Hudsons, Harold's, Sea Shack--just a few. We also LOVED the grill and used it probably 5-7 times during our stay.

We sincerely appreciate the staff at VHofH! Thank you for a marvelous stay.

This home was perfect for our family to celebrate my Mom’s 80th birthday. There was plenty of space for the little ones to explore and for the adults to seek some quiet time. It was great to be directly on the beach as well. The house was nicely furnished and decorated. The only thing we needed was a longer stay! I’d highly recommend this home to others.

We had a group of people for a golf weekend and had a great experience with this house. Very accommodating and had everything we needed from plenty of space (15 people), a pool, oceanfront with easy beach access, beach bar right next door and close proximity to everything on the island.

The rental was clean and beautiful. Everything was in its place in the kitchen and we had everything we needed to cook! The elevator was fantastic for my parents! The beds were comfy, but be advised that the bunks are not in a separate room. They are in a nook on the fourth floor of the house . The only other thing I would be aware of is the size of the pool. All of the pools on this road are fairly small and I believe it’s because of the easement. We were right next door to Coco’s on the beach which was awesome! This house is amazing. Very well stocked for large families including 2 refrigerators, 2 washer/dryers, 2 microwaves and everything a gourmet cook would need and then some. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and very comfortable. And it’s right on the beach! Great pool. It’s a lovely home.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, with great access to the beach. The pool and deck were also great. We have great views from multiple bedrooms. The area is quiet and the beach is uncrowded. The only slight downside was there are a lot of feather pillows in the living and bedrooms - one member of the family had a moderate allergic reaction.

We were forced to evacuate after 2 days due to hurricane Florence. The home was wonderful and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was the best equipped one we have ever rented. The location couldn’t be better!

This home does not disappoint! Beautiful with lots of space. You can't beat access to the beach right in front of the home. The pool is very small; we didn't mind this. The home is complete tile floors - a bit of a struggle with the 1 year old we had just learning to walk and also the elderly grandparents we had manipulating the grand, tile stair cases (there is an elevator). Water pressure was an issue in the showers; especially when multiple people were showering. In the top floor bunk room there is a step down to the bunks that is barely visible; we had at least one fall due to this. Despite these few concerns, we would definitely return to this home!

Nice home, unfortunately stay affected by a number of suboptimal issues. Dead bugs everywhere on arrival, obvious that exterminator had been (sheet from a couple of weeks prior was on kitchen countertop, but obviously not rented or cleaned since). However, great vacuum system so we were able to vacuum, (took my husband about an hour) before our guest started to arrive. First night, no hot water. Maintenance arrived first thing next morning, did not know where boilers were, but once we showed him, got hot water quickly. One microwave died, luckily this home had 2 of every appliance, so managed, as the microwave was not fixed during our stay. Also second refrigerator definitely suboptimal, our ice cream never froze!. Water filter in main refrigerator in the kitchen, obviously not changed or cleaned in a while, algae on spout! (we bought water and ice). Property not secured, with people cutting through by the garage to walk to the beach, someone actually picked up one of our baseball cups which had blown onto the lawn downstairs and walked off with it! All told we still had an amazing time due to location and size of home, which accommodated our large, 4 generations of family very well.

Hi Jeanette, We are sorry that you experienced some inconveniences during your stay. We would have been more than happy to send the cleaners back out to address any cleaning issues that you may have had. We do call guests upon their arrival to make sure that things are up to par. As you mentioned, the home is equipped with two of everything so you still had a microwave available to you. We will have our maintenance tech check to make sure that the refrigerator is cooling properly. All of our homes are secured. This particular home is on a corner lot at end of the street near a public beach access point so people will walk alongside the right side of home to access beach but they aren't allowed to use any of the private beach access points. Overall, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to have you again in the future.

The property totally suited our needs. We were 10 including 4 children. We had plenty of space, the pool and beach access were great, Coco's next door was wonderful for lunch and even a casual dinner. The property was well furnished, very comfortable beds, and a laundry room and kitchen which made doing our own chores easy. Just an observation...we are recyclers and were disappointed to note all trash and recyclables seems to be bunched together for collection. Hilton Head needs to recycle! We definitely enjoyed our stay including golf, boating and tubing, the restaurants etc. The beach is perfect for children in terms of depth and wave action.

House was really beautiful, one suggestion, put a clock in living room on 2nd floor. Shower in king bedroom on second floor , had a terrible time getting hot water and figuring out how to put lever for each shower head, I really think something was wrong with handles , would definitely rent again

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 31 Singleton. Unfortunately it was cut short because of Mathew. It is an extremely well stocked houseand very comfortable. Our only problem was with the bunk beds, we had several singles young men in our group and we found the beds were really meant for children. Would defintely stay there again.

The home was everything we could ask for. It had all the essentials when you have a large group of people staying. We were blown away by 2 washer/dryers, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, and 2 microwaves. The kitchen was equipped with every dish, pot, pan you could want. The beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was the consistency of the thermostat. it seemed like it always went up to 75 at night when we wanted it a bit cooler for sleeping.
