POOL DIMENSIONS: 20' X 8' (**NOTE: Pool Not Heatable**)
NOTE: We do not provide any Beach Towels or Equipment

FREE TRANSPORTATION: Seasonal beach shuttle runs from the end of May to the end of August. The hours of operation are Sunday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Pick-up upon request. Location of pick-up/drop-off is to be determined by guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY: See rental agreement for more information or contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third party site such as VRBO or Expedia, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy.

NOTE: Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. Travel Insurance must be paid full upon purchase.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via *E-Check (*domestic accounts only) or Visa, Master, Discover or American Card. Photo copies of both the reservation holder's Driver’s License and Credit Card will be required.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was tastefully decorated, bright and airy. We were very close to the beach so we walk to it everyday. The kitchen was well stock with whatever we needed. Our only complaint was couldn't stay longer. We definitely would stay here again.

Great home that is very well updated. The owner is very meticulous about the furniture which is well kept. Definitely would rent this home again. Enjoyed our stay.

Super clean house, nicely updated and decorated...feels like home! Responsive property management company, cute street with easy access to ALL HHI has to offer. Singleton beach is the area we prefer and this house is perfect for couples and families. Free rides to the beach!

MY RENTAL EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME. I HAD TO CALL MAINTENANCE FOR THE TV IN THE BEDROOM DOWNSTAIRS, WASHING MACHINE AND THE STOPPED UP 1/2 BATH DOWNSTAIRS.
