This home is ideally situated to walk to Burkes Beach, go to shops and the many restaurants in the area. The home offers all the amenities you would need for an ideal vacation. Pool, spa, ample room to relax, and wonderful accommodations. Our stay was amazing and we would certainly go back again.

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay over February break. The house is perfectly situated for large or multiple families. The beds and other furnishings are top notch. The location is excellent, with the beach and the park (with tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts) within easy walking or biking distance. The deck is large and sunny, and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

This home is AMAZING! From the large spacious deck, huge pool, luxury furnishings and oh SO comfortable beds...this was one of the BEST vacation homes our family have rented. The home fit our large family (19 people) and we still had plenty of room. The children loved the bunk bed room and upstairs tv area. We would have loved some pool toys, but purchased some ourselves while we were there. We are so looking forward to coming back soon!

This house was the perfect setting for an extended family vacation! There was plenty of room and the proximity of the pool, beach, and local activities and restaurants added to the success of the trip.

Much to say: the most important, we were very grateful to have the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home. The staff was very clear and kind in all matters of concern as it relates to renting the home and any questions related to our stay. We stayed with friends for a few nights over Spring Break this year and all I can say is WOW! This home is immaculate. The layout is perfect for multiple families with large private bedrooms and baths. A cool bunk room for the kids. An amazing kitchen, dining, and living area. A private pool and hot tub on the second level that gets all the sun is a great place to relax when not hanging at the beach (a 5 minute walk away). No detail was forgotten from the kitchen utensils to the pool towels. This is literally one the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed at. Don’t forget to rent bikes as you can bike all over the island. A great spot to bike to is just down the beach - Coco’s on the Beach - a great bar and grill. The park across the street has fields and courts - pickleball too!! We will 100% be going back!!

We spent two weeks in this wonderful home this spring, and we loved everything about it. The decor, the spaciousness, the amenities were all five star. The location is perfect being at the end of a quiet street near the beach and across the street from a park that has basketball, soccer fields, tennis and pickle ball courts. Location is also close to bike trails, golf courses and shopping. We loved our stay—the only down side was leaving!

We really enjoyed this brand new vacation house. It was very well situated a few blocks from a great wide beach and across the street from a wonderful park with everything you could want. We loved riding our bicycles through the park and all the trails nearby. There were many great restaurants nearby and also Three times daily round robin pickleball a few miles away. Our bed was very comfortable and we prepared many meals in the wonderful kitchen. We loved the patio/swimming pool area just off the first floor. It gets sun all day but the shaded areas were lovely as well. This home has everything you could want for a great family or friends vacation.
