We had a group of golfers and this place was perfect. Lots of room to gather as a group for dinner. Enjoyed the hot tub and playing corn hole on the deck. Just a short walk to the beach.

Well appointed home located close to the beach, the owners have created a comfortable setting for a family vacation. The kitchen is awesome, the bedrooms are very accommodating for all types of family members, the pool and outdoor setting are perfect. Check in was easy and we had zero issues during our week. Burke’s Beach is incredible and we never felt crowded Outstanding experience

Loved the home and location. Pool at the living level (2nd floor) was unique and greatly added to the experience. A house for entertaining for sure. For a group of 17, however, water pressure was constantly an issue whether in the showers or in the kitchen. Also, very few hooks were available in bathrooms for towels or hanging up wet swimsuits. The sheets were also very thin/rough which made for discomfort after a day at the beach and the inevitable sun. Outside of that, a really enjoyable week, thanks!

Our family of 8 adults and 8 children spent the week at 9 Sandy Beach Trail. The house was perfect.It was well equipped and an easy walk to the beach. The pool deck and pool area was great for all of us to enjoy. This is the best house we have rented in HHI. The management company was very responsive. Great family week!

Keurig part of kitchen coffeemaker didn't work. We used Keurig from upstairs bar. House was very clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Would come again!!

Great location, great layout for a large family. Kitchen well stocked with plates/utensils and kitchen tools. Second fridge is wonderful to have. The house is very nice. That said, it wasn't as clean as you would expect - rings around the inside of the toilets, bathrooms not well stocked with products, kitchen didn't have enough dishwasher pods or garbage bags. The gas wasn't on when we arrived, which meant no heat and no workable stovetop, so we were forced to interrupt precious family time to contact the management company and they were less than helpful and aggravating.
They insisted we were not operating the stove properly and did not send a maintenance person out for two hours. When he arrived, he advised us someone had previously turned off the gas supply to the house. It was diappointing the company took so long to accept our evalluation of no gas to the house. Look elsewhere for a location managed by a more responsive management company. On the day we were to leave, they advised us through the Amazon Alexa tool that they extended our stay one day. What a ridiculous proposal.

This is a very lovely home - great space for a large family! Game room, bunk bed room and the hot tub/pool were big hits! The kitchen is well equipped! We did have internet issues which impacted email reception, television viewing and the functioning of some appliances (which were wi-fi connected). The staff were very responsive and tried to address the issue with very little success.

This property was lovely, spacious and definitely fit the needs of a large group that ranged in age from 5-82. The kitchen was well appointed and the pictures inside the cabinets were a real bonus! The game room and the pool/spa were big hits! And the bunk room was fabulous! Having multiple refrigerators was really helpful! As wonderful as this property is/was, we encountered a number of issues. First, the property -while not generally dirty, did have dirty rings in the toilet bowls, debris on the counters in the kitchen, and spots on the upholstered furniture. Additionally and even more problematic was the lack of a consistently functioning internet - creating difficulties with cell phone connections, television streaming and even impacting internet connected appliances. Also, the coffee maker does not function properly. It would be important for these issues to be resolved and if they are, we would love to return.

We had a wonderful time with our extended family at this property. The layout was great for families with small children, especially having the pool on the primary level rather than the ground level. There is a large kitchen and plenty of living space for everyone to spread out. It was a short walk to the beach and easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We would happily stay here again on a future trip.

What a gorgeous home! From the moment we walked in we could tell everything was beyond what we expected! Not only is the home immaculate, it is beautifully equipped. The kitchen is stocked with nice dishes , pots and pans, and everything you need. There is an extra refrigerator in the laundry room. There are 6 bedrooms: 3 kings, a queen, a double queen, and a bunk room with two twin over double beds. Each bedroom has its own double sink bathroom, and there is an extra full bath on the main level. There is a second living room with a bar and wine refrigerator on the top floor. The basement has a well equipped game room, and the garage can house 4 cars. The elevator made it si easy to get luggage up to whichever level we need, and was great for one of our party with knee issues. There is a nice boardwalk to the beach. For our annual girl's trip with 7 women it is the perfect house, and we will not hesitate to stay again!

Our family has stayed in many different vacation homes, and this home was by far the best. We were impressed with the toiletry “starter kits” in each bathroom, and the same with the soap/trash bag for the kitchen. The welcoming bottle of wine and seashell cocktail napkins, was a very nice surprise. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room was perfect for our large family. Very bright with 3 sets of sliding doors overlooking the pool. Bunk room was great for all of our kids! Second living room on the 2nd floor was very nice. Plenty of seating around the pool. A few negatives are that the basement area is small, and doesn’t seem to be air conditioned. There is an area of black mold on the shower ceiling in the 2 Queen Bed room. One set of towels per person wasn’t really enough. One of the coffeemakers didn’t work. Finally, one thing that we have never had in any rental home, was the “to-do” list for checkout. We never were asked to strip our beds, sweep the floor, wipe the counters, etc. All in all, this is a very beautiful home, and we would recommend this property and stay here again.

This house is a beautiful home! We have never seen a better equipped kitchen. Clearly the homeowners are super organized as all drawers & cabinets are labeled with pictures posted. Perfect house for a family reunion. The outdoor space centers around the pool and is ideal for BBQ's. This is our second time in this home and we are booking it again for next year. It should be noted that this is a 6 BR house and not a 7BR. The pullout couch is in the middle of the upstairs with no walls. I would 100% recommend this house.

We rented this house to celebrate the new year and absolutely loved it. It accommodated our huge group with no problems. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent this house, or from VHHH again. We couldn't find the linens for the pull-out. If you're planning to use the pull-out bring some linens just in case.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house has a ton of room and was super clean. I felt like I was at home. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We did have trouble with the pool/ hot tub during our stay which was very frustrating. However, they were very professional and made sure we were compensated for the issue. The only thing I would suggest to other people who use this rental is to make sure you bring your own pool/beach towels because they have none. We had to use bath towels for swimming which then you have to keep washing. Nobody wants to do several loads of laundry a day on vacation.

Our family & friends of 12 had an awesome mini-vacation in this beautiful home. It was a very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. When we were in the pool area, people were riding their biking and walking by the house. The warm hellos made you forget about what’s going on in this dark world. The house is well kept and spacious. The owner thought of every utensil, for my cooking family, in the kitchen area. We could not get the grill lit, but the chef’s kitchen allowed us to work it out. The elevator is a plus. We all were too claustrophobia to use it, anyway. There is a tv in every room. The younger crowd watched movies, the guys watched sports, and the older ladies watched old series of “Power.” When it was time to eat everybody sat at the table to enjoy in the feast. It was easy entrance into the house, but to check-out Alexa was a challenge to do so as instructed. Overall, we had a marvelous time. The Faulks Friends & Family Labor Day weekend!!!

My family and I traveled to Hilton Head for a family reunion, not really knowing what to expect. But the moment that we arrived to the house, all of our concerns were quickly erased. This home is absolutely gorgeous and it was clearly furnished by someone with good tastes. My family enjoyed lounging at the pool & spa, and also in the game room downstairs. We had a group of 14 and we were more than comfortable. This home has absolutely everything you could possibly need for an incredible trip and I would strongly encourage anyone staying here. You will not regret it. My family and I will staying here again, it was worth every penny!

My family had such an amazing stay at this home. It was everything we expected and more. From the pool, to the spa, to the game room to the close vicinity to the beach...this was the absolute best home for my family. We had a minor issue with the pool being heated but maintenance resolved it within 30 minutes of us arriving. We were very pleased and I would encourage any family to stay here. You will not regret it!!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this new and beautiful home. Less than a 5 min walk from the beach and a private pool deck made it easy to enjoy the beautiful weather by a body of water. The house itself was up to date on the newest appliances and was perfect for large group dinners. Would 10/10 recommend this home for future rentals.

This new house was perfect for our group golf outing. Plenty of outdoor space to kick back and relax after playing a round of golf and the hot tub was a huge hit with our group! The extra fridge in the laundry room was also helpful for cooling extra beverages during our stay! The vacation rental company was also VERY helpful with helping us get the hot tub nice and toasty warm! Thanks!!

You can’t be a brand new beach house! This house was even better than we expected. It is so well designed and decorated. The porch, pool and hot tub right off the main floor made for the ultimate in relaxation and ease of use. The Kitchen and great room where perfect for dinners in. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook with. The game room was a wonderful bonus. The location is very close to the beach which made daily walks to see the sunrise so easy. We paid the extra to heat the hot tub and it was worth every penny. We used it everyday. If you are looking for a wonderful home to stay in during COVID - this house is the ultimate family retreat!!

We had the best time! The house is stunning, everything you need, beautifully decorated and furnished and the gorgeous patio, pool and hot tub were amazing! Even off season, dec-Jan it was perfect and our best rental yet at HH! The rental company is super responsive and we come back to use them every time! Can’t wait to rent it again!

This is a lovely new property in a very accessible location. Great amenities within walking distance and a nearly perfect property. The property owner has done a great job of stocking the home with almost any item you would want/need during your stay and then some unexpected surprises. Housekeeping was good, but not great. The two person crew could benefit from additional help in this area on turn around days with back to back guests to ensure ultimate cleanliness.

Our family stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect. Super close to the beach, so we could walk down there each morning to watch the sunrise. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to make the entire meal without issue. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The house was decorated beautifully. We had plenty of space for 13 of us to spread out and never felt cramped. The dining room table was big enough for us to all be able to enjoy a meal together. The area itself is gorgeous as well, plenty to do. Only down side was not being able to stay longer, none of us wanted to leave.

This was an awesome house the everything was spotless when we arrived customer care was great we used the grill every day kitchen was very well supplied bathrooms were well supplied Pool was just great and the hot tub was just awesome the garage area is large enough for lots of storage plus vehicle if you want to our overall experience was nothing short of awesome our only problem was our vacation ended to fast 🙂we would recommend this house to anyone interested in a vacation to Hilton head Island 🌴 we hope to do a repeat sometime in the future

There was no detail left out in this home. We have been very cautious in regards to Covid and really needed time to get together with family but away from crowds. This house is nothing short of amazing. Short walk to beach. Every room has it's own bath and feels like your own hotel room. The customer service team was 5 star. The kitchen is set up to host large family dinners with every utensil and serving tray you could imagine. We are in love with this home.

The kitchen has everything you might need to cook a nice dinner. The kids lived in the pool and the beach is a short walk away! We also rode bikes to a nearby playground, Starbucks, and Duck Donuts!
