POOL DIMENSIONS: 24' by 11'

POOL HEAT: The pool can be heated for an additional $500/week. Pool heat must be added to your reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival or on the day of the booking, last minute requests may or may not be available and are subject to a service fee. Pool heat available year round.
NOTE: We cannot guarantee pool heat when air temps are below 60 degrees.
NOTE: We do not provide any Beach Towels or Equipment.

FREE TRANSPORTATION: Seasonal beach shuttle runs from the end of May to the end of August. The hours of operation are Sunday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Pick-up upon request. Location of pick-up/ drop-off to be determined by guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY: See rental agreement for more information or contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third party site such as VRBO or Expedia, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy. NOTE: Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. Travel Insurance must be paid full upon purchase.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via *E-Check (*domestic accounts only) or Visa, Master, Discover or American Card.Photo copies of both the reservation holder's Drivers License and Credit Card will be required.

Thank you sharing your home with us again! Everything was wonderful. We especially love the golf cart service that brings you back and forth to the beach! Another highlight is the popcorn maker in the house, we all enjoy that as well!

WE enjoyed the house and it was well kept and clean.I liked that every room had its own bath and TV. My only criticism is the pull out couch mattress was unusuable. The table sat 8 but the rental was for 10 people so not everyone could sit together at meals. I would definitely recommend this rental to friends and also your company was great and very professional

The house was in a great location, very comfortable & inviting. Only issues we had were ice maker not working on arrival but was fixed promptly. Other issue was with 10 people staying in house would have been nice to be able to park 1 vehicle in garage but even small SUV was too long because of owner’s motorcycles. The shuttle service to beach was a great bonus. We all said we would rent again.

The house on Crabline was extremely nice and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and the backyard. The shuttle service to the beach was invaluable. We also love Singleton Beach. It's very private and a perfect location. We will definitely be coming back!

The unit was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked. We easily were able to cook nightly for our group of 8. There was plenty of seating for meals and general gathering. The pool is small and a little chilly which is fine because temps reached about 100F. The AC in the house worked awesome. The garage was large and was able to house all of rented bikes along with many backpack style beach chairs and umbrellas. The shuttle to the beach worked out well for our non bike riders. She was easy to contact and often times she was already in the cul-de-sac waiting when we called. The bike ride to the beach is only 3.5 minutes and if you chose to walk to the beach, it was about 10 minutes maximum. The beach was amazing.

I would most definitely book it again. It was close to the beach and had everything in it that you would need. I would like to see it upgraded to a keurig coffee maker. Beautiful property

Really love Singleton area. Perfect place for my grandchildren to play in the sand, fish, swim, surf, etc. They didn't want to leave. Our rental was beautiful, very convenient to the beach and shopping. I hope we get to return soon.

My family and I recently stayed at this location for our family vacation. The home was very cozy and warm. Each room was spacious for our boys to have their own individual area which they appreciated. Although we didnt use the golf cart shuttle to get to the beach it was available but we transported our beach gear ourselves which was a five minute drive or five to ten minute bike ride. The home came equipped with plenty of towels and starter amenities which were helpful. The only drawback was the washer/dryer combo which unfortunately wasnt working well, however the management team did an outstanding job addressing our concerns as quickly as possible which was greatly appreciated. Overall despite a couple set backs wed rent this location again and Id personally give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Nice job.

We cant say enough good things about 45 Crabline Court! We visit HHI often and this is, by far, the best, well equipped house we have stayed in. The house was cleaned immaculately and the amenities are overflowing. The instructions and signs all throughout the house answered any need or question we had. The home itself is spacious and decorated beautifully. The property is gorgeous! Air conditioning and appliances worked well and the kitchen is well stocked and very organized. Our group of 9 couldnt have been more comfortable. The living room furniture is new and comfortable. The beds were great and having 4 masters was so convenient. The realty company was very attentive and helpful. A special thanks to Brittany and Katie! Hoping to return often. Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us.

We were very pleased with 45 Crabline Court. The house is spacious and extremely well appointed. A short walk/ride from a couple of great beaches and super close to a lovely park with a dog area.

Wed recommend renting bikes which helps in exploring all that HH has to offer.

Our house is beautiful. There was plenty of room for our party of 9 with one air mattress. It was a farther walk to the ocean than anticipated with teens and adults plan 10 min. We frequently used the golf cart service. We did not venture to restaurants due to covid but we enjoyed bike riding, golfing and the beach. We visited a wildlife refuge rented a pontoon. We loved our day trip to Charleston and another to Savannah. I would also highly recommend the McLeod Plantation tour in Charleston.

This house exceeded expectations in every way! Very clean and well appointed. The pool is small, but very refreshing. We were grateful that the pool was covered, keeping the water cool . . . a nice change of pace when coming in from the beach. Location was great and the golf cart shuttle to the beach was a plus! Would definitely rent this property again! Appliances (particulary dishwasher and washer/dryer combo) could use an upgrade, but other than that, the whole property was A++! Southern hospitality pass was also a big plus - the free round of golf every day was a big hit with our family!

Whole Foods, Kroger and a great seafood market right around the corner. Even though it’s a good 10+ minute walk to the private beach, there is Steve! Call Steve & he comes to get you within minutes to pick you up/drop you off at the beach. Also this area has a private beach there was a notable difference in the increased amount of people down the way at the public beach. It you can’t stay direct ocean front then this is the way to stay. Only disappointment is that we forgot to sign the guest book to express our gratitude. Next time!

Beautiful beach house that is fully equipped with all you need and in a wonderful location! The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 8! The pool is not heated but that is perfectly fine on the 90 degree or hotter days! Driver Steve is a great guy with lots of food recommendations and he will drive you to and from the beach which is so nice especially if you have kids! We would rate this vacation home a 10/10 and we cant wait to book it again in the future!

Our experience was great! It was easy to check in and out and very convenient to everything Hilton Head has to offer. We rented bikes and the process was a breeze. The home is beautiful and very accommodating for big groups. The only thing I wish could have been done was heating the pool. Since the pool is covered and does not get sun light it is freezing. Other then that our stay was perfect!

We loved the house! Beautifully decorated, extremely well stocked kitchen for our plans to cook most of the week, and we loved having the private pool. Steve and the free beach shuttle are fantastic. We hope to return soon! The rental company was great in terms of checking to make sure we were prepared and the app made getting info about the rental easy. Overall, 5 star experience all around.

We traveled to one of our favorite places in the world with friends of ours from Greensboro, NC! The house was great for our two families with plenty of room. We love staying on Crabine or anywhere in Singleton Beach and will definitely do it again. From Steve picking us up and taking to and from the beach or drinks and food at Coco’s...you can’t beat it! We traveled to one of our favorite places in the world with friends of ours from Greensboro, NC! The house was great for our two families with plenty of room. We love staying on Crabine or anywhere in Singleton Beach and will definitely do it again. From Steve picking us up and taking to and from the beach or drinks and food at Coco’s...you can’t beat it! Thank you to the owners of 45 Crabline and Vacation Homes of HHI!

We had a great time at 45 Crabline with our family for our first trip to Hilton Head. Steve who ran the golf cart shuttle was wonderful and always had a smile to great you and great knowledge of the island to share. The house felt like home and had a wonderful layout. The management company was quick to respond for an early entry since we arrived prior to 4 and we had no issues during our stay. We look forward to visiting HHI again!!

Family vacation in Hilton Head

This was the first time that our extended family visited Hilton Head Island and this was a wonderful place to stay. Half of us drove from Pennsylvania and half came from Georgia. The house was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Everyone loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. Whenever we choose a new house to stay in, I cannot be sure what kitchen supplies will be available, so I usually pack what I know we will need for the week. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the house was very well stocked with supplies--from food storage containers, to hand soaps. The house is within walking distance to the beach, but because it was so hot, we made use of the complimentary golf cart shuttle. I do not know how the property management found Steve, the shuttle driver, but we could not have asked for a more personable driver. We would head to the beach in several small groups, but he never complained about how frequently he had to pick us up. And he memorized our names and where we lived by the second day!! We will definitely consider staying here again. Loved every minute and hated to leave. Thanks for the memories!!

This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. We loved the house, and we thoroughly enjoyed Steve, who transported us to and from the beach, as well. Wonderful experience at 45 Crabline!

We enjoyed the house and used the covered pool while it was raining on two of the days, off and on. The shuttle to the beach was pleasant, quick, and enjoyable.

The house is very nice! It was clean and very spacious. Everything we needed was there and the fenced in backyard and pool were perfect. My only issue was the distance to the beach. We are used to being a little closer. I wish there was a shorter path/walk to the beach available.

This is a beautiful, clean home with a wonderful understated beach theme. The house came with an assortment of spices and other cooking items which was quite a surprise. The gorgeous beach is a short walk or take the golf shuttle. The pool at the house is a life saver! Our 7 year old granddaughter loves it, it has been raining and to windy for the beach ever since we have been here. The pool is covered so it can still be used in the rain! This is just a beautiful home and as my granddaughter said when we arrived " I claim living here forever!" If only!

The house was very clean with ample supplies to do us a week, even though they recommend you bring more. Loved the 4 bedrooms and baths, kitchen had more items than I ever use, along with spices and basics needed. Pool area was super nice, could stay it in all day, only downside is no sun in the pool, it's covered. Be careful going down the steps on the pool, no pool rail to hang onto as you enter or leave. I highly recommend this company and house, no check in, you already have the code and just go straight to the house. We plan to go back!

We rented for a whole week, as soon as we walked in the house was very clean, spacious rooms, full equipped kitchen. Tons of movies to choose for all the family and puzzles, playing cards to keep you entertained. It's a short 5 minute walk but you can choose the shuttle to take you to the beach, which ia great very fast and the man who drove the golf cart is very friendly, Mr Steve. Always with a big smile and very helpful. I definitely will rent this house on my next vacation.

The property was very well maintained. Plenty of room and we were met with a goodie bag of beach items and pool toys. The shuttle service to the beach was fantastic! Kitchen was functional and lots of games and movies provided. Also shaded pool was perfect. Our only issue was an air conditioning problem. We had to miss a day at the beach and wait for a repair man and it wasn't cool upstairs but they were working on it

This was our first trip to the beach with our kids who are 3, 2, and 5 months. What a great experience we had staying in this home!! The decor is amazing, and the house is fully stocked. The location to the beach was also fantastic. The gentleman Steve who drove the golfcart for us to and from the beach was very prompt and nice. He even gave us dining recommendations. We cant say enough about this home. Five star rating all the way!!

We are first timers; Not only is the home we're renting beautiful, the staff is so pleasant. Already planning for next year. And as far as Hilton Head itself, all I can say is, it doesn't disappoint..

Me and my family are first timers here at hilton head , and all i can say is wow !!!!! This place is beautiful . The private beach is awesome , the house is amazing . It has everything we needed and then some . I am totally impressed . I will definatley be back .

Home was beautiful and in great shape. Pantry well stocked, and video system, Wii, and DVD collection made our kids feel right at home.
